Halloween Heat Brings Big Treats for Legends Drivers in Money Race to Close Out 2020 at Tri-County Speedway

ROCKWELL, NC : The 2020 Southeast Legends Tour presented by RPM Pro-Formance concludes with a treat on Halloween at Tri-County Speedway for the second and final visit this season to newly-revived race track in Hudson, North Carolina. Dubbed “Halloween Heat”, the Legends will join the championship night action for the Southeast Super Trucks and Limited Late Models as those divisions will crown their season-long title winners.

This is a non-points, but INEX-sanctioned event with a big payout through the field as the race season comes to a close. The starting grid will be limited to a maximum of 36 drivers, with the top ten in the final 2020 SELT point standings locked into the feature race. The race will be 60 laps in length and pay a cool $2,500 to the winner.

Southeast Legends Tour 2020 Champion D.J. Canipe, Michael Alcaro, Alex Urbina, Nick Morabito, Jesse Hilger, Lee Jordan, Tyler Lester, Walker Yates, Daniel Wilk and Eric Courtney are all locked into the feature race should they opt to enter the event. These provisional spots are not transferable and if one of those ten drivers does not enter the event that will adjust how many transfer in from qualifying and B-Mains.

Drivers are encouraged to enter early to help in reserving parking inside the race track and save money on the entry fee for the weekend. Pre-entry fees are only $40.00 IF the payment is in the RPM Pro-Formance office by close of business on Wednesday, October 28th. The entry fee goes up to $60.00 after this date. A complete entry form will be posted in the next day or two on the website and our social channels to download and fill out.

The event could not be put on without the continued support of our amazing patrons and companies that have helped us put together a full season of racing under unique circumstances.
